Job Responsibilities :
* Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and requirements for IT-related roles.
* Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various IT positions (e.g., software engineers, network administrators, cybersecurity specialists, etc.).
* Use job boards, social media, and other platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage potential candidates.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.
* Stay up to date with emerging IT trends, skills, and technologies to better identify top talent.
* Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and provide regular status updates to hiring managers.
* Promote employer brand and communicate the organization's culture and benefits to potential candidates.
* Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
* Coordinate with external staffing agencies when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
