About the Role
The Hospitality Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our facility. This includes managing quality improvement plans, service delivery operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial aspects of facility operation, including annual cost controls and revenue growth strategies.
- Oversee staff management, including performance, recruitment, training, and culture development.

Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Significant experience in hospitality or business management roles within reputable organizations.
- Tertiary qualifications in hospitality or business are highly regarded.
- Proven analytical skills and business acumen to inform operational decisions.
