About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic HR Advisor to join our team.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide expert HR guidance on strategic initiatives, policies, and practices to support business growth and success.
 * Develop and implement retention and morale strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
 * Lead the development of workforce metrics to inform data-driven decision making.
 * Mentor and manage a team of HR Consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services.
 * Collaborate with specialist teams to foster continuous improvement within the HR function.
 * Ensure compliance with University policies and legislative requirements.
About You:
 * You hold graduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
 * You have extensive experience as a Consultant or Advisor within a large organisation, preferably in an HR Partnering role.
 * You possess exceptional capability working with complex Industrial elements, enterprise agreements, awards, and policies.
 * You have elevated ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships at a senior level.
 * You excel in partnering skills, working closely with the wider HR team and other functions.
