Job Title: Senior Process Operator
About the Job:
* Lead daily operations at a plant as part of an 8/6 or 7/7 roster.
* A strong background in process operation with ability to lead teams effectively.
The work environment is dynamic with rotating shifts. Staff will be required to work extended hours during peak periods.
Punctuality, reliability and effective communication skills are essential. Training for new equipment may also be required from time to time.
Traffic conditions or inclement weather may occasionally cause delays.
Ideal candidates would have experience operating similar machinery within the chemical processing industry which provides hands-on knowledge that helps identify problems quickly on shift..
