Electrical Maintenance Technician Role
We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inspections and maintenance in the Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP), controlling room operation, monitoring coal processing, stockpile dozer operations, and train loading.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform regular inspections of CHPP equipment to identify potential issues
* Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime
* Monitor coal processing activities to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively
* Operate stockpile dozers and trains to manage coal stockpiles
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of electrical trade principles and practices
* An NSW electrical license
* Experience working in a CHPP or heavy industry environment
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* The ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
