This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources while gaining real-world experience in recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation — with the option to complete a 12-month traineeship in Business or Human Resources.

The Role
As the Human Resources Support Administrator, you'll work closely with the Recruitment and Mobilisation team to ensure our workforce is onboarded and site compliant across our various project sites.
Key responsibilities include :
Assisting with job advertising and monitoring candidate responses
Supporting recruitment activities including shortlisting and scheduling interviews
Booking pre-employment medicals and coordinating onboarding requirements
Helping to maintain candidate records and training matrix
Assist with PPE ordering and organisation
General HR and administrative duties as required
About You
This is an entry-level position — no prior HR experience is required — but we are looking for someone who is :
An organised go-getter who can work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Effective communication skills with great attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Friendly, positive and comfortable working in a team environment
Has a current and valid driver's licence
Previous admin or HR experience is a bonus but not essential.
