Brand Leadership Opportunity




About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the evolution of the brand across all visual and experiential touchpoints with the customer. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker who can identify trends and brand moments in local and international markets.



* Develop and execute creative campaign strategies that embody the core values of the organization and educate customers on product benefits.
* Concept and sign off on creative campaigns, ensuring clear objectives and strong visual storytelling.
* Maintain and evolve Brand Guidelines to reflect the aesthetic and market trends.
* Oversee website reskins and implement UX/UI updates to enhance digital experience.
* Conduct international research to adapt brand campaigns to regional trends.
* Innovate to optimize campaign spend and enhance creative efficiencies.
* Spearhead the evolution of the visual identity across social media, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
* Develop and execute a long-term visual storytelling strategy for social media.
* Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social and campaign strategies.




Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
* Ability to interact with high-profile influencers and partners.
* Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership.
* A creative and strategic thinker.
* Passion for health, fitness, and fashion.
* International experience across multiple cultures and demographics.
* Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing environment, particularly with web, social, and emerging technologies.
* Proven experience with concept development.
* Familiarity with a variety of programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash.
* Evidence of ongoing participation in professional development opportunities in the areas of design and social media.
* Experience with applying design, copy, or web best practices.
* Proven experience in managing performance marketing channels.
* Experience in leading a team and setting clear KPIs and career development plans.
