What You’ll Do

* Shape the Future : Oversee and deliver innovative environmental services for a diverse range of projects, including residential to healthcare, commercial, and infrastructure.
* Client Champion : Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, leading the charge on proposals, client interactions, and ensuring top-notch results.
* Collaborate : Partner with professionals across Brisbane and 19 offices nationwide to deliver integrated solutions that provide the best possible outcomes.
* Be a Culture Driver : Uphold the highest ethical standards and create a positive, inclusive environment that fosters growth and collaboration in line with Douglas Partner values.
About You
* Extensive experience in a professional consulting environment with a strong technical background in environmental science / engineering, project management.
* Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science or related field (post-graduate qualification along with professional certifications such as Certified Environmental Practitioner a plus, not essential).
* Proven leadership experience (or strong potential!) in managing teams in an outward-focused and agile approach.
* A passion for driving results and a comprehensive understanding of Queensland environmental compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risk while managing the commercial performance of the team.
* Commitment to maintaining a positive workplace culture and high standards of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
