About This Role
This position focuses on developing and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
* The ideal candidate will take ownership of the renewal process, proactively engaging with clients well in advance of contract expiration to discuss ongoing goals, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
* This role requires a strong ability to identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional features, integrations, and services that align with their business needs and growth objectives.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand client business goals and align solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Take ownership of the renewal process, proactively engaging with clients to discuss ongoing goals, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
* Identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional features, integrations, and services that align with their business needs and growth objectives.
What You'll Do
* Drive revenue growth through proactive engagement with clients and effective use of relationship-building skills.
* Utilize data analysis skills to support sales strategies and decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and drive customer-focused outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years in account management, sales, or a customer success role with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets, preferably within a Marketing SaaS company.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and engage with clients at all levels.
