We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic national sales team. As a Hematology Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and prioritize key customers who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy
* Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful customer engagements that support clinical decision-making
* Conduct value-based conversations to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity
* Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Hospital/Speciality Sales Representative
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
