We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our team!
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational delivery of HR services and support to staff and customers. This will involve working closely with management and staff to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including workforce planning, performance management, industrial relations, organisational restructuring, employee relations, organisational development and staff development.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and implementing HR strategies and projects in conjunction with management.
* Identifying and designing HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed outcomes relating to organisational design, organisational change, performance management, workforce and strategic planning.
* Taking ownership of HR results and outcomes.
* Building effective relationships and networking with all internal customers and external stakeholders.
* Delivering training and educational material to satisfy organisational competence.
