The Role As Project Manager
You will lead the full delivery of architecturally designed homes ranging from $2M–$8M, ensuring impeccable quality, seamless client communication and strong subcontractor performance. You'll oversee all stages of construction, manage design coordination, and work closely with an in-house team who take pride in excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end delivery of high-end custom homes in the Southern Highlands
Managing program, budget, procurement and trade performance
Leading site teams to uphold quality, craft and architectural detail
Building trusted relationships with clients, architects and consultants
Resolving design, buildability and site challenges with a solutions mindset
Ensuring all safety, compliance and quality standards are met to premium standard
About You
You'll bring a combination of technical capability, design sensitivity and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who values craftsmanship, enjoys working in close partnership with clients and architects, and wants to be part of a team known for exceptional outcomes.
We're looking for
Experience delivering high-end residential or bespoke architectural builds
Strong project management capability across structures, services, finishes and detailing
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and lead site teams confidently
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A proactive, organised and calm approach to complex builds
A genuine passion for craftsmanship, design, and premium project outcomes
