About the Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Communications role. The successful candidate will have experience with communications systems, mine site operations, and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain fleet management, communication, and smart safety systems
* Work with leading technologies: CAT Terrain, Modular Mining, Cisco, Cambium, Ubiquiti, Motorola, Tait, DMR, TETRA 2-way systems
* Perform accurate fibre splicing and network testing to ensure reliable connections
* Diagnose technical issues with a safety-first approach
Requirements
* Cert III in Communications (essential)
* Mine site experience and strong understanding of operational environments
* HRWL / EWP qualification
* Open Cable Licence qualification or equivalent
* QLD CBM & Standard 11 qualification (preferred)
* Experience with P25, Tetra, DMR
