Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Executive, based in Adelaide, SA. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify their insurance needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Responsibilities include client interactions, negotiating with insurers, processing quotes, generating policies, handling renewals, and coordinating claims. This role also involves ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance brokerage, customer service, or account management
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in processing quotes and managing policy documentation
Knowledge of General Insurance products and market trends in Australia
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Proficiency in relevant insurance systems (Insight, Sunrise, SCTP) and Microsoft Office
