The Opportunity
Black Cat Civil are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Mine Services Division. Suitable applicants looking for both full and part time work are encouraged to apply. This position will work from our Emerald office.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
•Employee accommodation and flight bookings
•Processing new employee onboarding documents
•Timesheet entry
•Job set up within Black Cat Civils project management software.
•Maintain a range of spreadsheets and registers on behalf of the management team
•High volume data entry
•Tracking and booking medicals as required
•Assistance with monthly claims
Desired skills & experience:
•This opportunity is ideal for a capable Administrator, who can support a dynamic team, we are interested in hearing from any candidates with the following skills/abilities:
•Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
•Prior experience in construction, quarries, mining and/or engineering is advantageous.
•Positive attitude, team player, willingness to complete any task to a high standard and a strong attention to detail is essential.
•Intermediate excel skills
