About the Role
As Clinical Support Nurse, you will:
* The Clinical Support Nurse is accountable for identifying, documenting, monitoring, and meeting residents changing needs within the compliance frameworks
* Liaises and communicates with care staff, health partners in care, e.g. Doctors, allied health, and resident representatives concerning changing needs of residents
* Communicate care needs for residents using organisation systems and tools
* Contribute to a safe workplace through adherence to all organization WH&S policies and procedures, and demonstrated commitment to improvement
What You Bring
* Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
* Nursing experience preferably with aged care experience or a keen desire to work in aged care.
* Experience in working within a compliance framework is highly desirable. This includes professional standards, Aged Care accreditation, AN-ACC, Workplace Health and Safety
