Gippy Installations is expanding across South East Queensland.
We specialise in high-quality TV wall mounting, cable concealment and whitegoods installation in residential homes. With multiple vehicles operating daily and continued growth ahead, we are adding to our team.
We are looking for reliable, capable people who take pride in their work and want consistent full-time employment with genuine long-term opportunity.
The Role
You will be completing residential installations including:
• TV wall mounting (standard & custom setups)
• Cable concealment and clean finishing
• Whitegoods installation and setup
• Customer-facing service work
You will be working inside clients’ homes daily. Presentation, communication and attention to detail matter just as much as technical ability.
Experienced Installation Technician
Suited to someone confident managing installations independently and maintaining high workmanship standards.
You may currently be working in:
• AV installation
• Appliance / whitegoods installation
• Antenna services
• Security or technology installation
• General field service roles
If you are efficient, organised and comfortable taking ownership of your work, you will be well suited to this role.
Assistant / Trainee Installer
Ideal for someone practical and dependable who wants to build long-term skills in a growing industry.
You will assist experienced technicians, learn installation processes and develop toward running your own jobs over time.
Industry experience is not required for assistants — reliability, work ethic and willingness to learn are.
Salary & Progression
$50,000 – $75,000 + performance bonuses
• Assistants positioned toward the lower end
• Experienced technicians toward the higher end
• Performance-based bonuses available
• Clear progression as the company continues to scale
The salary range reflects experience, capability and output.
Requirements
• Valid driver’s licence
• Full right to work in Australia
• White Card
• Ability to pass a National Police Check
• Professional presentation
• Comfortable working in customers’ homes
