Venue Manager – Food & Beverage (Full Time)

As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations across our Food & Beverage outlets. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will drive service excellence, build a robust team culture, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience every time. This is a hands‐on leadership role where your energy, creativity, and attention to detail will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets within the hotel
* Inspire, develop, and mentor a high‐performing team
* Ensure exceptional guest service aligned with IHG brand standards
* Manage rostering, labour costs, and operational efficiency
* Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and local engagement
* Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements
* Monitor and achieve financial targets including budgets and KPIs
* Collaborate closely with culinary and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
About You
* Proven experience in a Venue Manager or senior F&B leadership role within hotels, restaurants, or premium venues
* Strong understanding of hotel operations (preferred)
* A natural leader who motivates and empowers teams
* Commercially savvy with robust financial and operational acumen
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
