About The Role As a Banking Consultant in our Australia Branch Network, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals. This includes transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on available financial solutions, including digital options. You will have the knowledge to complete customer transactions, conduct in-depth needs-based discussions, and fulfill products according to your accreditation level. This role is primarily based in branches and aims to deliver high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and advocacy.
You will be part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best customer experience. Your passion for delivering on our Customer Promises will ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

What Will Your Day Look Like? As a Banking Consultant/Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their banking needs, conducting needs-based conversations, and educating on digital solutions. Be a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver excellent customer service. Enhance customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value. Support bank programs and initiatives. Understand and manage customer risk through 'know your customer' practices. Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures. What Will You Bring? To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is advantageous. Experience with digital channels and technology promotion. Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity. A collaborative team spirit. Understanding of compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Having most of these skills is sufficient; a growth mindset is valued at ANZ.
