Role Overview

Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Lead, your main role will be as the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with troubleshooting and enquiries. The role also involves conducting installation and training sessions for new clients, as well as contacting clients to deliver software upgrades and enhancements.

You don't need to be an IT or software expert — just friendly and helpful, with a strong desire to assist people. We will teach you the rest

There are opportunities for additional sponsored training if the successful candidate shows capability and interest. There may also be opportunities to represent the company at trade shows and conferences interstate.

About You

* A strong track record in delivering outstanding customer service, with experience in roles such as customer service, help desk, call centre, or software support
* An ability to troubleshoot general IT issues or learn technical skills quickly
* Good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
* Reliable with a strong work ethic

Qualifications

* A qualification in IT or software applications is highly regarded but not essential
* Experience in relevant roles or industries such as customer service, help desk, or software support
* An ability to troubleshoot general IT issues or learn technical skills quickly
* Good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
