Overview
Evoro is a complete total waste management solutions business that has the combined experience and resources of Cleanway, Global Resource Recovery, EnviroChoice and Lee's Environmental. In July last year we acquired Direct Waste Management and commenced our South Australian operations. We are looking for a Branch Manager to help us grow our business in the region.
We are looking for an experienced operational leader who prefers to work autonomously and run their own show. The successful applicant will inherit a settled and experienced team and need to focus on business development for the region.
Reporting into the General Manager for NSW/SA, the Branch Manager holds full accountability for branch performance, including P&L, safety, customer satisfaction, and growth. You will lead a small team of drivers and have access to support staff remotely. While this role has a strong general management focus, it does lean toward the commercial side of the business, requiring a leader who is confident driving revenue, building customer partnerships and utilising the strong market presence for continued growth.
About You
* Proven experience as a General Manager, Branch Manager, or senior operational leader
* Technical expertise is not required, however, experience leading technical or service-based teams is highly regarded
* Strong commercial and sales leadership capability
* Experience in waste, construction, property services, or a similar service-based environment
* Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams
* Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
* A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
