What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the first and last impression, greet every client with warmth & professionalism
✅ Create a polished, high-end experience that sets our salon apart
✅ Upsell services & recommend retail to enhance the client's results
✅ Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention
✅ Follow up via calls, texts, Dm's & emails—build lasting client relationships
✅ Track & exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales goals—be a revenue driver!
✅ Promote the salon on our Instagram and be a part of building our online presence
✅ Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our client base
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk & retail space including stock levels, displays and placing all orders with product reps.
✅ Foster a motivating, high-energy environment, be the team’s biggest cheerleader!
Who You Are:
* Sales-driven & confident, you know how to close the sale without feeling pushy
* Passionate about the industry and willingness to learn and be involved
* A lifelong learner who thrives on growth, coaching, and personal development
* A polished, outgoing communicator who shines in customer interactions
* Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (Phorest or similar software experience is a plus!)
* Someone who takes pride in delivering unforgettable customer experiences
* Salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience? Big plus!
* A team player who shows patience, kindness and leadership to the team
* Loves being organised
