**Our Client**

With their customer service and two way street relationship approach, the business has continued to grow and take more space in the market. Due to the workload they are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team in a newly created role.
**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting into the Finance Manager, and working in a lean finance team, you will be responsible for the following duties;
- Processing creditor invoices and maintaining OCR workflows
- Processing employee expenses and EFTs
- Processing debtor invoicing
- Preforming other day to day accounts tasks including posting batches, job closing, transfers, journals, setting up new employees, inventory, labour rate changes and EOM
- Liaising with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account managers and between other departments
- Provide timely reporting and perform data processing requirements
- Maintaining good working relationships with customers and work colleagues
- Other ad hoc accounts administrative duties as required
- Intermediate computer skills and a basic understanding of accounting functions
- Good telephone manner, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Have an outstanding eye for detail, be organised and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Maintain a professional image and possess good interpersonal skills
- Be willing to undergo a national police background check
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
