Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Assistant to support our Merchandise Planner in managing inventory and ensuring the right products reach our clients in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the processes for inventory management in our showrooms
* Assist in the management of stock for all showrooms, including preparing for new showroom launches
* Assist with diamond ordering and quality control checks on incoming inventory
* Support the implementation of visual merchandising (VM) displays across showrooms
* Support the Merchandise Planner with listing new products on the website
Requirements
* Experience in retail stocktake or administrative position
* Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities
* Project management skills to support the coordination of stocktake processes
* Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communications skills to support productive relationships with cross-functional teams
