We’re looking for a Clinical Support Officer to join the Perioperative Services team at Armidale Hospital. In this vital role, you’ll provide essential administrative support that helps our Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health Professionals deliver the very best patient care.
Everything You Need to Know
Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, you’ll play a key role in keeping our surgical and perioperative services running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing data entry and maintaining accurate recordsUpdating ward rosters and assisting with staff recruitmentSupporting payroll and ordering suppliesCollaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflows and excellent patient care
You Will Thrive If
You are someone who enjoys working with people and clear communication is your strong suit, while being comfortable with Microsoft Office and staying organised will help you shine in this role, especially when things get busy.
While having strong time management skills and a team-first attitude will be key to your success, and if you have a Certificate III in Health Administration (or equivalent) that’s fantastic - and if not, a willingness to undertake!
