Job Title: Administration Assistant
This is a part-time role that plays a pivotal part in assisting and resourcing the organisation in the delivery of high-quality administrative services and excellent customer service.
About the Role:
* Assist and resource the organisation in the delivery of high-quality administrative services and excellent customer service.
* Work 35 hours per week over 5 days in our Coffs Harbour office, reducing to 21 hours per week from April 2nd, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Align behaviours, attitudes and conduct with the organisation's values, culture and code of conduct.
2. Provide administrative support across various functions, including admin, logistics, IT, safety and risk management.
3. Manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
4. Build professional relationships and communicate effectively.
5. Travel is essential in this role.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar or relevant role.
* Demonstrated computer literacy, including Intermediate skills in Microsoft software.
* Proven organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
