 
        
        Management Team – Esperance Pink Lake Tourist Park
We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, hands-on management couple/team to take over the management of the Esperance Pink Lake Tourist Park. (Single Applicants will not be considered on this occasion)
This is a fantastic opportunity in a great location, with a mix of tourist sites and cabins, and significant development having been undertaken, with more to come.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes
We’re looking for a management team that can bring the following:
- Clear and effective communication with guests from booking through to departure.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, without exception.
- Strong office, administration and computer skills – experience with Newbook (preferred) or RMS booking systems is highly regarded.
- General maintenance/handyman skills.
- A flexible attitude to work and hours.
- Proven problem-solving ability – handling issues proactively, diplomatically and with common sense.
- Ability to roster and manage a small team within wage budgets.
- Experience with purchasing and budget management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Previous involvement with development or capital works projects will be an advantage
What We Offer
- Generous salary package of $145K + super (per couple).
- On-site 3-bedroom home available (rental applies at $150 per week).
- Two days off per week (excluding weekends).
- The opportunity to be part of a small group of parks operating with complete autonomy
