**THE POSITION**
We are on the lookout for school leavers who are interested in embarking on a drafting career after graduating.
Our team partners with industry leading architects, town planners, developers, surveyors, contractors, and government clients on a range of project sizes and types. Our Drafters work on a variety of projects across Southeast Queensland.
In this role you will report to the Team Leader and be trained and mentored to be responsible for:
- Delivering drafting of client projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, to a high quality
- Developing models and/or detailed drawings to RMA and industry standards
- Drafting of client projects utilising AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit software
- Successfully managing your workload and deadlines
- Championing RMA's culture and leadership principles
**ABOUT YOU**
- You are finishing Year 12 this year and looking to enter the workforce full-time
- You have a passion for drawing and software
- You are enthusiastic to learn and start a career doing something you love
- You like to work hard and have some fun
- You embrace emerging technologies and are excited about innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- AutoCAD software knowledge is favourable but not essential
- Open Unrestricted Drivers Licence (Provisional ok)
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card) is favourable but not essential
