As a skilled Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food retail outlet. This role involves managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring efficient store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage product/menu selection, purchasing, pricing, and stock levels to maintain optimal inventory control.
* Develop and implement marketing, promotions, and advertising strategies to drive sales growth.
* Establish sales and expenditure targets, and maintain accurate financial and stock records to inform business decisions.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to protect customers and staff.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff to support daily operations and achieve business objectives.
* Oversee sales activities and maintain consistent service standards across all areas of the outlet.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
* A Diploma in Hospitality is preferred but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of customer service, staff supervision, and inventory control principles.
* Ability to manage budgets, performance targets, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
