The Role
Join Our Team of Executive Assistants. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality, confidential administrative support to the Chief Legal, Risk & Governance Officer/Company Secretary, the Head of Company Secretariat and Governance, and the Board of Directors. This role is central to the smooth running of executive operations and works closely with a team of EAs supporting the CEO, Chairman and Chief Officers.
Responsibilities
* Foster collaboration with executive assistants across diverse divisions to ensure the organisation operates seamlessly.
* Provide high‑quality and confidential administrative support, including diary management and correspondence.
* Assist in preparing confidential reports and correspondence on behalf of the Chief.
* Coordinate and oversee Board and Committee meetings, including preparation and editing of documents and presentations and minute taking.
* Manage the flow of information and communication among employees, businesses, and stakeholders.
* Handle budget reports, travel arrangements, and event coordination for the Board and the Legal, Risk & Governance Division.
* Purchase requisitions and maintain office procedures.
About You
* Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably with a background in legal matters or board paper preparation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word and PowerPoint.
* Ability to administer and navigate the CBH Diligent Board portal effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
* Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Beneficial
* Knowledge of Diligent Board Portal is advantageous.
* Familiarity with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
