Crouching Monkey is an 80‑seat, full‑table service Asian fusion restaurant in Northbridge, offering a quirky, fun atmosphere and a menu featuring unique Asian fusion dishes such as Massaman curry and beef takaki.
A Day In The Life Of a Restaurant Manager
* Team Captain: Lead the crew, hire new staff, train them, and foster a supportive environment.
* Money Smart: Monitor costs, wages, and revenue to make smart financial decisions.
* Marketing & Promotion: Shape marketing initiatives and special offers to drive traffic.
* Seating & Reservations: Manage bookings and seating to ensure guests are served efficiently.
* Oversee Daily Operations: Control day‑to‑day operations, ensuring top‑notch service and quality.
Qualifications
* Extensive hospitality leadership and operational experience in a fast‑paced setting.
* Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday.
* Passion for guest experience, inspiring, coaching, and developing a team.
* Current industry RSA and Approved Manager Card as required by WA State.
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude and authentic personality.
