Job Description
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Case management and caseload management
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
* Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Collaborating with clients, employers, medical and allied health professionals
* Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, and employer-funded injury prevention programs
* Assisting clients to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
* General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
* Fabulous communication skills, compassion, kindness, and empathy
* Well-developed time management skills
* A current NSW Driver's Licence and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
