About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts and Sales Support Officer to join our Commercial and Finance team. This full-time position provides administrative, financial, and customer service support to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of orders, pricing, and reporting.
You will be a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, playing an important role in maintaining strong relationships and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Business Analyst, key duties include:
* Entering and processing customer orders, purchase orders, credits, and invoices in the ERP system.
* Validating pricing against agreements and resolving discrepancies with the Sales team.
* Preparing sales reports and support materials for internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting forecasting, rebates, accruals, and reporting through accurate sales data tracking.
* Collaborating with supply chain and warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues.
* Maintaining documentation, procedures, and system records.
* Assisting with accounts receivable, credit control, audits, and system clean-ups.
* Providing general administration support across the Commercial and Finance, and Sales teams.
About You
You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in customer service, sales coordination, or finance administration.
* Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
* Qualifications in business, commerce, or administration.
* Experience in FMCG, seafood, or food service industries.
* Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP.
* Knowledge of inventory or order-to-cash processes.
