About the Role
This role exists within our Fulfilment and Servicing division where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service to our new and existing Home Loan customer base. The Quality and Reconciliations team handles the timely completion of Home Loan Security Perfections, Investigates Collateral Exceptions, performs Loan Closures and the Finalisation of Home Loans, Credit Reporting Requests whilst also being responsible for the Reconciliation of various ledgers involved in the Home Lending journey.
**The Quality and Reconciliations Officer role encompasses**:
- Review, investigation and finalisation of Security Perfections inclusive of single, multi, partial and substitution of security.
- Investigation and correction of collateral exceptions
- Reconciliation of ledgers and preparation and processing of vouchers
- Investigation of Credit Report requests and amendment to reports where required
- Completion of data entry and workflow activities
- Timely completion of reporting activities as required
- Identification and reporting of errors and incidents
- Maintain required benchmark efficiencies and error rates through agreed throughput with leader
- Any other tasks as advised by Leader

What will your day look like?
As a Quality and Reconciliations Officer, your accountabilities include:
- High attention to detail with regards to data quality, making sure that first time execution is a focus when completing all tasks
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written for team, department or external, conveying this coherently and confidently
- Timely actioning and completion of tasks to meet agreed service level agreement
- Completion of regulatory and company compliance through computer-based training courses being completed on time
- Identify and report on incidents as required
- Embrace Suncorp Bank Compass and Culture and demonstrate these behaviours consistently
- Develop and foster a strong team environment
- Drive a positive risk and governance culture.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Home Lending and/or banking experience, Desired
- Demonstrable experience with operational processes and systems (e.g. CBP, Hogan, Sunlink, Allfi, LM Mailtrack etc) - Desired
- Experience in roles requiring high levels of attention to detail and risk acumen
- Experience dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
- Customer Service experience (Store or Contact Centre)
