In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our accountants' workload, providing exceptional service to clients, and supporting the team with financial statements and tax returns as needed.
As a Client Experience Coordinator, your day will be filled with variety and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
* Workflow Management: Start your day by reviewing and prioritizing tasks to ensure our accountants' workload is balanced. You'll update job statuses and coordinate with team members to keep everything on track.
* Client Interaction and Support: Handle client document requests promptly and professionally. You'll be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring excellent service and clear communication.
* Financial Statements and Tax Returns Preparation: Assist the team with preparing financial statements and tax returns as needed. You'll review and save necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Administrative Duties: Throughout the day, you'll manage various administrative tasks, such as handling ATO requests, updating records, and providing initial cashbook training to clients. Your organizational skills will help keep everything running smoothly.
**Requirements:**
* A strong background in business administration, bookkeeping, or experience in administration, bookkeeping, or financial services.
* The ability to maintain high customer service levels in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A demonstrated 'can-do' attitude, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
* The ability to build relationships with clients and team members from varying backgrounds.
