We are a passionate and participant driven NDIS registered service provider of services for people living with Cerebral Palsy seeking compassionate, experienced and dedicated people to join our existing team in supporting our complex care (ventilation, PEG feeding etc.) client in Swan Hill.
We welcome and value applications from candidates with experience in providing high-intensity and complex care. However, what matters most is your willingness to learn, reliability, trustworthiness and ability to work well in a team. With the right attitude, our established team will support your development and help you grow into the role.
This opportunity offers 6-hour & 8-hour shifts across a rotating roster, 24/7. AM, PM and overnight shifts.
You must be able to work 2 active overnight shifts (12 am to 8am) and have availability for some weekends and Public Holidays.
Note: Active overnight shifts involve staying awake and providing support to our participant throughout the night as required, rather than sleeping on site.
