Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to valued residents and staff.
* This is a Permanent FULL TIME opportunity for Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses/Carers.
The Role:
1. Conduct assessments, create care plans, and implement nursing interventions with consumers and/or their representatives.
2. Liaise with medical professionals, allied health, pharmacies, and service providers for comprehensive care delivery.
3. Document care interventions, observations, changes, and consumer feedback accurately.
4. Coordinate staff shifts and assist in reviewing clinical policies under Clinical Nurse Manager direction.
5. Provide education and advice to personal care staff.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
* Experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting.
* Able to work AM, PM, and Night shifts, Monday to Sunday.
* Able to work 10 shifts per fortnight across Permanent shifts.
* Sound understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
* Current National Police Clearance and NDIS screening.
