Your Day-to-Day:
* Plan, supervise, and coordinate on-site building maintenance and repairs (including painting, plumbing, doors, cleaning, and more)
* Conduct regular inspections and proactively resolve facility issues
* Liaise with stakeholders to prioritise jobs and ensure efficient delivery of maintenance services
* Lead and supervise contractors - from work planning and safety checks to final quality inspections
* Source materials, control daily resource use, and ensure compliance with safety standards and SLAs

Requirements
To be successful you will have:
* Proven experience in building maintenance with multi-skill capabilities (e.g. HVAC, fixtures, repairs)
* Excellent time management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
* Experience supervising contractors and delegating maintenance tasks effectively
* Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a bonus)
* Licenses: Current Forklift, EWP, overhead crane. (Yellow card and air con quals are a plus)
Security Clearance Requirements: MUST be an Australian Citizen
