Client Onboarding Specialist
This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients from initial enquiry through to service engagement. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, managing referrals, intakes and queries.
* Responding to incoming phone and email enquiries
* Managing referrals, intakes and queries
* Authoring service agreements and schedules of support
* Liaison with Plan Managers, Support Coordinators and the NDIA
* Implementing stakeholder engagement strategies and coordination of networking events
* Supporting administrative processes and contributing to continuous improvements
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration, marketing, customer service or intake coordination (Allied Health/NDS experience is a plus)
* Strong communication skills and high level of attention to detail
* Proficiency with Client Management Systems, Office 365 and SharePoint
* Familiarity with the NDIS and allied health service delivery
* Certificate III (or higher) in Business/Office Administration or related field
* Qualification in Business Development or Finance (advantageous but not essential)
