We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of a Customer Service Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with transactions, educating them on our systems and tools, and recommending our products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

Eligibility and Training:

You will have the opportunity to achieve a Certificate III in Business through paid on-the-job training within work hours. This is a 12-month full-time contract with salary paid based on the National Training Award. There is potential for this to lead into an ongoing opportunity.
