We are currently hiring a Manager for Brand & Communications who will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of online and offline communication strategies. This is a key role for an innovative and dynamic leader to align marketing with the business goals and objectives.You will contribute to the marketing communications strategy and its implementation to ensure the brand concept is successful across the marketing mix. Your responsibilities include developing relationships with the Marketing teams, providing support to the Sales Teams, Product Development teams, Partners, and clients. You will focus on PR, communications, marketing literature, campaigns, and key communications to maximize engagement and conversion of target audiences. Additionally, you will develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy aligned with the corporate and brand direction, with a focus on the local market. Tracking the effectiveness of all communication and loyalty initiatives across market segments is also essential.Qualifications and ExperienceA degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business StudiesManagement experience (minimum 5 years) within the services industry, preferably financial services and telecomsExceptional written, oral, proofreading, branding, design oversight, interpersonal, and presentation skillsCreative and innovative thinker, actively presenting new opportunities, proposing solutions, and recommending best practicesProficient in computing skills (spreadsheets and Word)Ability to work well under pressureHigh attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyGood people management skills with the ability to influence and motivateEvent management experienceStrong coaching, training, and mentoring abilitiesReport writing skillsAbility to supervise staff and maintain disciplinePleasant personality and good rapport with customersBroad experience of the Telecom Industry is preferred.
