We are seeking a highly capable, polished professional to take ownership of this space, working alongside an established patient concierge team.
THE ROLE
• Oversee and elevate the end-to-end patient journey, from enquiry through to aftercare
• Lead reception operations and clinic flow with precision and care
• Deliver a warm, refined and highly attentive front-of-house experience
• Support practice staff with pre-procedure care
• Perform clinical photography in line with clinic standards
• Conduct patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain an impeccable clinic environment and cleanliness at all times
• Manage bookings, billing and patient records with accuracy and discretion
ABOUT YOU
• Experienced within a medical, cosmetic or high-end service environment
• Polished, professional and confident in communication
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Attentive, empathetic and naturally service-driven - goes above and beyond
• Exceptional attention to the smallest details
• Delivers a level of care and service aligned with world-class luxury hospitality standards
• Confident in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
