Job Description:
- Develop and train the team to ensure a high level of service quality.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting and rostering staff, and assisting guests.
- Bring creativity and passion for delivering memorable moments for our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality management, particularly in food, bars, and gaming, even from a supervisor position.
- Solid planning and organizational skills for leading and developing teams, ideal for someone ready to step into a management role.
- Operational know-how to support Venue Managers in hitting financial and business targets.
- Strong understanding of creating memorable guest experiences.
- Relevant qualifications include RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager (we can assist you in obtaining these licenses).
