Technical Support Specialist

About the Position:
You will be responsible for delivering technical support and troubleshooting services to hospital staff across various departments. Monitor helpdesk systems, logging, and tracking all support requests and incidents. Prioritize and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance to hospital staff via phone, email, or in-person
* Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
* Collaborate with other IT support team members to resolve complex issues
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and tracking tools used for managing IT requests
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, with a strong technical foundation
* Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve hardware and software issues
* Proficiency in helpdesk systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
