You will be responsible for producing new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model within a single key Account in the Banking Industry. This will involve developing account plans, researching prospect customers, utilizing business development strategies, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects or territory.
To achieve this, you will need to develop strong relationships with C-suite personas across all product sales, overseeing client relationship mapping and orchestrating an account strategy while leading a broad virtual team. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can help drive their IT roadmap.
This role requires experience in leveraging AI to drive work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations, with a proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
