**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 2 year's experience as a qualified butcher is essential
- Previous Department Leadership experience
- Have a solid understanding of butcher retailing
- Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
- Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
- Have the ability to work in a busy local environment
