About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you'll drive our iconic vans to deliver customer orders to homes during the day or night. You'll also help with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
* Safely navigate busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas to deliver groceries.
* Be active, as you'll be on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points.
* Work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
About You and Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a safe driving record.
* The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas.
