Join us in a senior leadership role where you will lead the development and implementation of our workplace relations strategy, including enterprise bargaining, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice to senior leaders, contributing to business outcomes through effective workforce planning, risk management, and change leadership.
* Lead a team of HR professionals in developing and implementing strategic plans for workplace relations, focusing on proactive engagement and collaboration with unions and employees;
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive teams, staff, and union representatives, to build trust and ensure that their needs are met;
* Provide expert advice on human resource management, workplace relations, and employment law to support informed decision-making by senior leaders;
* Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential workplace issues, ensuring that UniSC remains an attractive employer and maintains a positive work environment;
* Ensure that all employment-related policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a proactive approach to regulatory compliance;
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of contemporary human resource management and workplace relations practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. A tertiary qualification in a related field and significant experience in senior HR leadership roles is highly desirable.

* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships with executive teams, staff, and union representatives;
