The Role : Reporting to the Managing Director, you will assist with the coordination of over 60 caregivers and nurses to more than 50 NDIS participants and aged care recipients. Duties include: Coordinating, negotiating and scheduling daily staffing allocations to ensure all shifts are filled Ensuring support workers with the appropriate skills are allocated to the appropriate areas, minimising staff travel and non-direct tasks Adjusting rosters promptly as client needs change Responding to direct messages, emails and telephone calls Ensuring data integrity at all times Utilising Alayacare cloud-based software and G-Suite Supporting both clients and staff, following through with commitments, whilst building strong relationships Assisting the finance and human resources team as required The Person : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills You demonstrate a compassionate, warm and friendly personality You enjoy a fast-paced environment, can multitask and have excellent time management skills Strong computer skills; knowledge of Alayacare and G-Suite will be highly regarded Ideally, you have prior experience in aged care, NDIS or a medical-related field; knowledge of SCHADs & Nursing Awards is desirable NOTE: You are required to work 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday preferred; 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.
