Job Summary
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in business development, client management, and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service delivery, and achieving your sales target.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
* Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
* Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.
* Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.
* Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.
* Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
* Recent graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experience
* A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback-you are a hungry learner
* Proven persistence, consistency, and resilience
* Target-driven with strong attention to detail
* Naturally inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit
* Professional business English speaking/writing is required for the role
